Can I really buy a vehicle online?
Yes! Just click on the buy it now button on the vehicle page and it will walk you through the process. We only require a low deposit at that time. We also take deposits on vehicles coming in.
If financing, we recommend you get pre-approved before putting the hold deposit on the vehicle.
- Is my hold deposit refundable?
If you end up canceling the sale, the hold deposit stays as a store credit you can use in-store or online at shop.koups.com

How long will my deposit hold the vehicle?
Normally 48 hours. Our professional sales staff with work with you on holding it longer if needed.
- Can I still purchase a vehicle at your store?
YES!
- I have a trade. How does that work?
We can give you a trade value by having you bring your powersports to our store or by filling out a trade value form by clicking here.
If you are unable to bring the vehicle to us, please understand that we must receive the vehicle first for one of our staff members to finalize the trade value prior to delivery of new vehicle.

Do you offer financing?
Yes, to get a finance offer with a NO HIT, SOFT PULL click here.
You can also get financing from your local bank or credit union. We can send you a bill of sale you can take to your bank.
- How do I pay for the vehicle?
Terms on final sale are bank wire transfer, cash or verified bank check. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards on final payment. We do accept deposits up to $1000 on credit card or Pay Pal.
Out of state customers we prefer bank wire transfer.

What do I need to provide at time of purchase?
1. Valid State ID
2. Proof of Insurance showing vehicle (only select sales)
3. Payment or deposit. (See payment FAQ)
4. Possible other documents required if financed.

Do you provide extended protection plans?
Yes. We recommend purchasing at time of sale as we offer special rates at time of purchase.

What state fees will I have to pay?
For Pennsylvania residents, we will quote you with PA sales tax and state registration fees. We take care of all the PA titling and registration paperwork. We issue PA tags at time of sale.
For Out of PA residences, you would pay your sales tax and registration fees in your state when you register your vehicle. We provide the paperwork and MSO or title that you would take to your local titling service or state transportation service. We can provide transit tags if you wish to ride your motorcycle home. - If I am out of Pennsylvania, can you provide titling and registration services?
Yes, we can provide titling and registration services for most states. This may be required if you finance the vehicle. Let us know if you would want us to provide this service.

Do you offer insurance?
We do not sell insurance directly but have a direct link to Rider Insurance. To receive an insurance quote, click here. They offer competitive rates for multiple states.
You may benefit from getting an insurance quote from your insurance company as they may provide multiple vehicle discounts.

Do you offer any discounts on gear with the purchase of a vehicle?
Yes. We offer discounts on riding gear and select accessories at time of purchase. Also being a Koup's vehicle customer, you will be offered promo codes for later purchases.
- Can I pick up the vehicle at your local store?
Yes, you can pick the vehicle up at our retail store. We are located in Harrisburg, PA. Pickup is by appointment only,

Yes! We offer shipping.

Can I test ride a motorcycle before buying it?
Yes, by appointment. You must have a current non-stamped motorcycle driver's license (no learners permits) and be 25 or older. Some vehicles are excluded (High Performance and limited supply vehicles) Please contact us for arrangements and any questions.
- Where can I learn to ride a motorcycle?
Most states offer motorcycle training. Pennsylvania offers free training. Click here for more information.
