Part Time Shipping Associate
Overview
Koup’s Cycle Shop Inc is looking to hire a shipping associate to ship parts and accessories.
The associate will be responsible for pulling parts and accessories, packing, weighting and shipping.
This is a non retail position.
Hours are flexible but must be able to work a few hours every weekday (morning or afternoon). No weekend hours.
Pay is flexible depending on skill set.

Principle duties:
- Shipping
- Pulling Parts and Accessories for shipping
- Invoicing out orders
- Maintaining shipping supplies
Job Requirements:
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Read a scale and measure boxes.
- Able to do steps.
- Organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of powersports products.

Motorcycle/Powersports Service Technician

Overview
Koup’s Cycle Shop Inc is looking to hire a powersports technician to service and repair of Motorcycles, ATV’s and UTV’s.
The technician will be responsible for performing inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations as efficiently as possible while ensuring quality work.
The candidate must have an “M” Motorcycle endorsement or obtain one during the 90-day, paid training / probation period.

Principle duties:
- A service technician is responsible for the overall assembly, inspection, maintenance, and repair of products sold by the dealership and of any motorcycle, ATV or UTV that comes to us for service.
- Perform proper diagnostic procedures.
- Utilize manufacturer systems, service manuals, service bulletins and training materials.
- Follow proper shop processes and procedures.
- Stay with approved time frame and communicate delays with the service advisor.
- Be proactive and look for value added service that can increase the hours per repair order and keep the customers unit in top condition.
- Document and communicate any additional work that is needed.
- Ensure work is approved prior to beginning the repair
- Perform proper repair procedures.
- Perform a quality check on each repair.
- Be aware of time approved on the job.
- Keep work area, tools and service units and areas clean and organized.
- Complete service training’s (in-person and online) and make an effort to stay up-to-date on all new units.
- Use of forklift to move products and crates.
- Always strive for 100% customer satisfaction by fixing things right the first time.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Desired work experience – 1+ years.
- Technical training or equivalent technical experience desired. (Auto Tech ok)
- Demonstratable mechanical skills and knowledge.
- Thorough knowledge of motorcycle parts and systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Familiar with product lines sold in dealership.
- Basic level of tools. No special tools required.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
- Motorcycle endorsement & valid driver’s license
- PA Motorcycle State Inspection certificate (with-in 90 days of employment).
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
